Unilateral Adie’s Tonic Pupil after Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19): A Case Report

Introduction: Adie’s tonic pupil is a neuro ophthalmological disorder characterized by dilated pupil, which unresponsive to light. It caused damage postganglionic fibers of the parasympathetic innervation eye. Recent events coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had suggested that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 infection (SARS-CoV-2) neurotropic and neuroinvasive capabilities. Purpose: To report rare case unilateral after COVID-19. Methods: A single study. Case Report: 31-year-old woman presented with glare on right eye 3 months ago. No other symptom was reported. prior history using any drops trauma. Further investigation revealed asymptomatic SARS CoV-2 infection. Her best-corrected visual acuity both eyes 1.0, but we observed an impairment accommodation fixed 8 mm in diameter, without constriction near reflex. Slit lamp funduscopy examination were within normal limits eyes. Pilocarpine 0.1% test positive Neurological examinations brain imaging limits. The patient diagnosed pupil. She treated pilocarpine once daily. After 2 follow up, her complaint diminished no improvement seen Conclusions: This one first few cases possibly associated
